Start Cup Bergamo is the entrepreneurial training and business idea development program with a high innovative content promoted by the University of Bergamo.

The training initiative is carried out with the scientific contribution of the University’s various Departments, coordinated by the University Research Center CYFE (Center for Young and Family Enterprise), with the support of the Vice Rectorates for Third Mission and Territorial Relations and for Teaching, Guidance, and Placement, and with the technical and administrative support of the Research and Third Mission Service.

Start Cup Bergamo is part of CREO (Competencies and Resources for Entrepreneurial Orientation), UniBG’s entrepreneurial training pathway aimed at fostering students’ personal growth, creativity, and innovation skills, by involving faculty members and researchers from all disciplines, as well as the local innovation ecosystem.

When will Start Cup Bergamo take place?

  • Start Cup Bergamo is structured into three modules, for a total of up to 48 hours, taking place in June, July, September, and October 2025:

    • Module 1 (up to 3 hours): an introductory session focused on presenting the business idea and the team

    • Module 2 (up to 21 hours): intensive training focused on opportunity development and product design

    • Module 3 (up to 24 hours): aimed at finalizing the business model and establishing the company
